Coconut biscuits: make them with just 4 ingredients

Ingredients:
200 gr of coconut flour
200 gr of sugar
4 egg whites (140 gr)
Lemon zest to taste

Directions:
In a bowl mix coconut and sugar. Then add lemon zest and egg whites. Stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Form the biscuits and bake at 320°F (160°) for 30 minutes (the last 5 at the grill).
