How to prepare a crispy and delicious bread

Ingredients:
400 gr flour
300 ml of water
2 gr dry yeast
salt
sugar
Directions:
Add the yeast to the flour and mix. Then add 1/2 teaspoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of salt.
Pour the water into another bowl and then gradually insert the flour.
Mix everything and leave to rest for 30 minutes, then rework the dough and cover it with plastic wrap.
Leave it in the fridge for 6 to 24 hours.
Then roll out the dough, fold it and place it in a bowl with a tea towel.
Let the dough rest for 90 minutes.
Heat a pot and then insert the dough.
Bake at 446° (230°) for 30 minutes covered, then another 30 minutes without cover.
