Stuffed sweet rolls: the easy way to make a delicious snack

An Italian recipe to prepare these amazing dinner rolls.
Ingredients:
15 gr brewer's yeast
250 gr warm milk
500 gr flour
100 gr sugar
1 egg
60 ml seed oil
2 chocolate bars
Directions:
Crumble and dissolve the yeast in the milk.
Mix the flour with the sugar and then add the milk and egg.
Mix the ingredients and add the oil.
Knead the dough by hand and let it rise for two hours.
Then roll it out and cut it into your sandwiches.
Let stand until doubled and then brush 1 egg.
Bake at 400°F (200°) for 15/20 minutes.
