Herbs bread: the perfect recipe for a delicious starter!

Everyone will love them!
INGREDIENTS
Milk – 120 ml
Dry yeast – 10 grams
Egg
Salt – 1 tsp
Sugar – 20 grams
Oil - 15ml
Potato – 3-4 pcs
Dill
Butter
Dry yeast – 10 grams

Sugar – 20 grams
Oil - 15ml
Potato – 3-4 pcs

METHOD
- Pour warm milk into a bowl. Add yeast, sugar and flour. Mix and put to rest. In a larger bowl add the flour, salt and sugar and then the prepared mixture. Knead the dough and leave to rest for 45 minutes.
- Mix mashed potatoes and chopped spices.
- Roll out the dough into 6 circles. Fill with potatoes and spices. Cut the dough into 16 slices. Coat with egg yolk.
- Bake at 180C for 30 minutes. Coat with butter.
