Herbs bread: the perfect recipe for a delicious starter!

Everyone will love them! 
 
INGREDIENTS
Milk – 120 ml
Dry yeast – 10 grams
Egg
Salt – 1 tsp
Sugar – 20 grams
Oil - 15ml
Potato – 3-4 pcs
Dill
Butter

METHOD
  1. Pour warm milk into a bowl. Add yeast, sugar and flour. Mix and put to rest. In a larger bowl add the flour, salt and sugar and then the prepared mixture. Knead the dough and leave to rest for 45 minutes.
  2. Mix mashed potatoes and chopped spices.
  3. Roll out the dough into 6 circles. Fill with potatoes and spices. Cut the dough into 16 slices. Coat with egg yolk.
  4. Bake at 180C for 30 minutes. Coat with butter.
