Vanilla soufflé: the beautiful and fluffy dessert

Ingredients:
210g Cream cheese (soft)
20g Sugar
3 Egg yolks
200g Warm milk
1 Tsp Vanilla extract or vanilla beans, lemon juice, orange juice
3 Egg whites
55g Sugar
30g Potato starch
4 or 5 molds
Directions:
Whip the cream cheese and then add sugar, yolks, milk and vanilla extract. Whip the egg whites with sugar.
Add the potato starch into the batter and add the egg whites too. Fill the molds and bake at 320°F (160°) for 35-45 minutes.
