Escalope with mushrooms: the recipe for a delicious and creamy meal

Ingredients:
500 gr pork loin
300 gr boiled champignons
150 gr porcini
1 lt broth
40 gr butter
40 gr flour
Basil, oil, salt, pepper and white wine
Directions:
Melt the butter and add the flour.
In a pan, brown the champignons and porcini mushrooms, add some wine.
Then set aside half the mushrooms. In half in a pan add the broth and the mixture of butter and flour. Mix well and after a few minutes add the basil and blend everything creating a sauce. Also add the mushrooms set aside.
Brown the meat with butter and then serve it with the sauce.
