Fluffy small focaccia: the recipe to surprise your guests

Ingredients:
260 gr flour
130 gr corn starch
200 ml hot milk
200 ml hot water
100 ml yogurt
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt
 
Directions:
Beat the egg and add the yeast and salt. Then add yogurt, water and milk. Then also add flour, starch and sugar. Form a homogeneous dough and cook your muffins in a non-stick pan.
