Doughnuts without baking powder: how to make them very fluffy

Ingredients:
250 g milk
3 g salt
16 g of vanilla
30 g butter
150 g flour
3 eggs
Fried oil
 
Directions:
In a pot heat milk, salt, vanilla, butter and flour. Then transfer the batter in another bowl and add the three eggs. 
Grease your hands with oil and make the doughnuts. Fry them in hot oil and enjoy with friends.
