Cheese fried balls: you'll fall in love with this flavor

Ingredients:
500 gr cream cheese
250 gr sugar
4 eggs
1 sachet of vanillin
1 packet of baking powder
300 gr flour
 
Preparation:
In a bowl pour the sugar and add the eggs, mix and add cheese, vanillin, yeast and flour. Mix well until a homogeneous mixture without lumps, let it rest for 30 minutes. Heat the oil and fry the pancakes forming them with two spoons. Pass them in sugar and serve.
