Vegetable fluffy bread: the easy recipe to make it perfect

Ingredients:
1 carrot
6 green onions
1 red pepper
500 gr flour
200 ml hot milk
150 ml hot water
1 teaspoon salt
1 sachet dry yeast
Olive oil
 

Preparation:
Cut the carrot, spring onions and bell pepper. Put everything in a bowl and add yeast, salt, water and milk. Then add the flour and work until you get a loaf. Leave to rise for two hours and then divide it into equal portions. Roll them out and cook them in a pan with oil.
