Egg whites creamy cake: how to make this incredible dessert

Ingredients:
Base:
3 eggs
3 tablespoons of hot water
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
100 gr sugar
120 gr flour
 
Cream:
340 gr cold whipping cream
320 g egg whites
90 gr sugar
18 gr jelly powder
 
Icing:
100 gr cream for desserts
150 gr dark chocolate
 
Directions:
Base: whip the eggs with the sugar, then add the water, salt, vanilla extract. Then sift flour, sugar and add to the rest of the dough.
Pour into a mold and bake at 356°F (180°)  for 40 minutes.
Cream: dissolve the jelly with a little water. Then whip all the ingredients together and pour onto the base. Leave in the fridge for an hour.
Melt the chocolate in the cream and pour over the cake. In the fridge for another 30 minutes and serve.
