Ingredients:
220 gr flour
130 ml water
3 gr dry yeast
90 gr flour
50 gr sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
50 ml milk
6 gr dry yeast
40 gr butter
Preparation:
Mix the flour with water and yeast, let it double in volume.
Then mix this first yeast with flour, sugar, salt, milk, yeast and butter.
Let the dough rest for 15 minutes then divide it into 9 parts. Let rise for another 15 minutes. Roll out each portion and create strips as the video shows. Let it sit for another 15 minutes.
Then form the three braids and let sit for 60 minutes.
Finally brush the milk and bake at 356 ° F (180 °) for 15-17 minutes.
