Chocolate cake with ricotta truffles: an incredible flavor

Ingredients:
Dough:
160 gr butter
180 gr sugar
2-3 eggs
170 g sour cream
3 tablespoons milk
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 tablespoons cocoa
300 gr flour
Truffles:
220 gr ricotta
1 egg and one yolk
3 tablespoons of sugar
80 gr coconut flour
Directions:
Truffles: mix the ricotta with eggs, sugar and coconut flour in a bowl. Mix well and form balls, refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Cake: whip the butter with the sugar, then add the eggs, sour cream and milk. Sift flour and baking powder and add to the mixture. Divide the batter in two and mix a portion with the cocoa.
Pour the two batter into the pan and insert the truffles. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 50 minutes.
