Potato and cheese croquettes: the recipe to make them perfect

Ingredients:
4 large potatoes
4 tablespoons of corn
3 tablespoons of grated cheese
Parsley
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
Salt and pepper
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
Stringy cheese (q.b.)
Batter:
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons cornstarch
Water q.b.
Directions:
Boil the potatoes and mash them, then add corn, cheese, parsley, starch, salt, pepper, paprika and cheese. Form a uniform dough and then the croquettes stuffing them with cheese.
Batter: mix flour, starch and water. Stir until the mixture is thick.
Pass the croquettes in the batter and in the breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil.
