Ingredients:
8 egg whites
300 gr + 60 gr sugar
Directions:
Caramelize the 300 grams of sugar and pour the mixture into a mold.
Beat the egg whites and add the 60 grams of sugar. Pour into the mold and place everything in a pan with water. bake at 320°F (160°) for 35 minutes.
