Cheese savory pie: a fluffy and tasty recipe

Ingredients:
350 gr flour
150 ml hot water
150 ml milk
50 ml oil
1 tablespoon dry yeast
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
100 gr ricotta type cheese
100 gr grated cheese
Parsley q.b.

1 yolk to brush
Directions:
In a bowl insert yeast, sugar, salt, water and milk. Mix well and integrate the flour. Let rise until doubled in volume.
Then pour a half of dough into a buttered mold. Combine cheese and parsley, then cover with the remaining amount of dough.
Cover with the yolk, other cheese, parsley and poppy seeds.
Let rise for 30 minutes and bake at 356°F (180°) for 35 minutes.
