Chicken with curry and vegetables: succulent, delicious dish

Ingredients:
8 chicken thighs
20 cherry tomatoes
3 carrots
3 zucchini
1 knob of butter
extra virgin olive oil to taste
all-purpose flour to taste
curry powder to taste
1 chopped onion
1 glass of white wine
Salt and Pepper To Taste.
Directions:
In a pan melt the butter in the oil and then sauté the onion. Flour the chicken legs and fry them in a pan. Then add cherry tomatoes and wine to cook for 5 minutes. Add carrots, nut and cook for 15 minutes. Pour water and add the zucchini, cook for 25 minutes. Finally add salt, pepper and curry. When you get a creamy sauce, your chicken will be ready.
