Stuffed hamburger buns: an explosion of taste

Ingredients:
Bun:
1 tbsp of yeast
2 tsp of sugar
700 gr flour
1 tsp of salt
1 package of baking powder
180 ml milk
100 ml oil
Filling:
600 gr minced meat
600 gr minced meat
1 chopped onion
Salt, pepper and spice mix
1 egg
Onion ring and cheddar (as you needed)
Directions:
Mix milk and yeast, then add sugar, salt, flour, baking powder and oil. Make a dough and leave for about 2 hours.
Mix the meat with chopped onion, salt, pepper, spices and egg. Make the hamburger and grill them. Grill the onion rings too.
Cut the dough and fill each ball. Leave for 30 minutes and bake at 400°F (200°) for 30 minutes.
