Cauliflower grilled cheese sandwich: a very delicious recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cauliflower head
1 egg
Grated cheese as you needed
1 tbsp of butter
2 slices of cheddar cheese
 
Directions:
Grate the cauliflower and steam it. Then squeeze very well using a kitchen cloth. Mix with egg and grated cheese and make two squares. 
Bake at 356°F (180°) for 30 minutes.
Melt the butter in a pan and cook again you sandwiches with cheddar.
