Spinach and ricotta cannelloni: a dish to enjoy with your family

Ingredients:
20 stuffed cannelloni
2 cloves of garlic
400ml tomato sauce
salt
extra virgin olive oil to taste
400ml milk
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
nutmeg to taste
pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Grated cheese
 
Directions:
You can choose to buy already stuffed cannelloni or choose to make the filling (200g boiled spinach and 200g fresh ricotta).
Bechamel sauce: melt the butter in the pan, add flour, milk, nutmeg and pepper.
Sauce: sauté the garlic and oil, then add the tomato.
Combine everything in a baking pan alternating béchamel, cheese and sauce, bake at 200°C (400°F) for 30 minutes.
