Spicy chicken in a pot: the simple and succulent meal

Ingredients:
1.5 kg of chicken
1 onion
3 bay leaves
1 rosemary branch
30 ml white vinegar
1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
1 teaspoon of coriander
5 gr nutmeg
350 gr whole wheat flour
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Add salt and pepper to the chicken, then mix the spices with the whole wheat flour. Bread the chicken and brown it in a large pan with oil.
When the chicken is golden, lower the heat and add onion, bay leaf, rosemary and vinegar. Cover the chicken for 10/15 minutes. Then add the peppers, salt and cover for another 15 minutes.
