Homemade ham croquettes: irresistible

Ingredients:
1 liter milk
1 onion
80g butter
200g ham
120g all-purpose flour
Salt, pepper, nutmeg
Eggs and breadcrumbs
Oil for frying
 
Directions:
Cut and blend the onion then put it in the pan with butter and stir. Then add the ham, flour, milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Form a dough and let it rest covered with plastic wrap. Then shape the croquettes, dip them in the egg and coat them in breadcrumbs, fry and serve.
