Baked chicken balls with bell peppers: a tasty meal in one pan

Ingredients:
500 gr of minced chicken meat
1 egg
1 Shallot
Ground pepper
Ground garlic
Fresh parsley
A slice of bread dipped in milk
Half onion
3 cloves of garlic
2 peppers already cooked
Extra virgin olive oil
A glass of wine
300 ml of chicken stock or water
Lemon juice (1/2)

Preparation:
In a bowl mix the meat with egg, shallot, pepper, salt, parsley and bread. At this point form the meatballs and place them on a baking sheet, bake at 356°F (180°) for 20 minutes.
Then heat the oil with onion and garlic, add the peppers and meatballs. Pour the broth (or water) and lemon juice, cook for about ten minutes and serve.
