How to cook chestnuts: the tip to make them perfectly

If you love chestnuts you need to know how to cook them perfectly. Let's see a simple method.  
Directions:
Make an X on both sides of the chestnuts and dip them in a bowl filled with water. Leave them for an hour and then drain the water, put the moist chestnuts in the pan and cook until the shell begins to open. Remember, from time to time, to turn the chestnuts by shaking the pan or using a ladle (it will take 40/45 minutes to cook).
