SALTED CHESTNUTS in a pan: PERFECT and EASY TO MAKE! π°π€©

INGREDIENTS
550g of chestnuts
550g (2 1/2 cups) of coarse salt
METHOD
1. Take the chestnuts and cut the base of the skin with a knife. Pour the water over chestnuts and set them aside for 30 minutes.
2. After time has elapsed drain the chestnuts and pat them dry with a cloth.
3. Pour the coarse salt into a pan and level it up to cover the bottom of the whole pan. Place the chestnuts in the pan with the salt, with the cut side of the chestnuts facing down. Cover with the lid and let them cook for 25 minutes.
4. Serve them all together on a serving dish and enjoy.
