Drunk chestnuts: the trick to make them even tastier!

Just pour some wine over the chestnuts and the result will be amazing!

INGREDIENTS
1kg of chestnuts;
500ml of red wine.

METHOD
  1. Cut the chestnuts and soak them in warm water for 30 minutes.
  2. Let them dry and transfer them to the pan. Pour in the red wine.
  3. Bake at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.
