INGREDIENTS
300g of chestnuts
3 bay leaves
Coarse salt
METHOD
1. Soak the chestnuts for about 30 minutes. Then rinse them under running water and drain them.
2. Transfer the chestnuts to a pot and add the bay leaves, coarse salt, and water. Boil for 45 minutes.
3. After time has elapsed drain the chestnuts and peel them while still hot.Β
4. Serve chestnuts in the serving bowl and enjoy.
