Fried poached eggs: a very tasty way to prepare them

Ingredients:
5 eggs
Flour
1 egg
Bread crumbs
Salt
Water and 1 tbsp of vinegar
50 gr butter
Directions:
Put the egg in a pot with water and vinegar, leave for 10 seconds and then add salt and break them. Cook for 3 minutes and then pass them in ice water. Dry each eggs and pass into eggs (beaten), flour and bread crumbs. Melt the butter in a skillet and fry the eggs.
