Cheesecake with rusks base: creamy, easy and mouthwatering

Ingredients:
Base:
200 gr. Rusks
2 tablespoons melted butter
Cheesecake:
200 gr cream cheese
500 gr quark
150 gr sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon starch
3 eggs
Cherries (q.b.)
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons starch
Directions:
Base: blend the rusks and mix them with the melted butter. Crush them on the bottom of the mold and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
Cheesecake: whip cheese, quark, sugar, flour, starch and eggs in the planetary. Pour the mixture on the base and bake at 160 degrees for 50 minutes.
In a saucepan, pour the cherries in syrup and mix them with sugar and starch to create a thick creamy sauce. Arrange them on the cheesecake when cooked and leave it in the fridge for an hour.
