Spinach and garlic potato patties: easy, quick and very good

Ingredients:
1 pound potatoes boiled, peeled and quartered
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 yellow onion , diced
1 bag 8 to 10 ounces baby spinach
3 garlic cloves , minced
salt and fresh ground pepper , to taste
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 egg , lightly beaten
2 cups breadcrumbs
1/4 cup olive oil , for frying
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon olive oil

1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 egg , lightly beaten
2 cups breadcrumbs
1/4 cup olive oil , for frying
Directions:
Smash the potatoes with milk and set aside. Fry the onion with butter and oil, add spinach, garlic, salt and pepper. Then place in a bowl the potatoes, spinach, parmesan cheese, lemon juice, egg, bread crumbs and mix well. Make the patties and cook in a skillet with oil.
