Turkish soft bread: the recipe to make it very perfect

1.5 kg flour
1 liter of water
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon dry yeast
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 egg
Sesame seeds
Directions:
Put the flour in a bowl and add sugar, baking powder and baking soda. Then pour the water and mix until you get a uniform dough. Let it rise until doubled in volume and cover with a cloth. Then form the loaves and cover them for another 30 minutes, then roll them out and brush the beaten egg. Add the seeds and bake at 400°F (200°) for 20 minutes.
