Savory mochi: an original version of the japanese recipe

Ingredients:
3 big potatoes
3 tbsp of flour
Salt
1 tbsp of milk
Mozzarella cheese
bread crumbs
3 eggs beaten
Directions:
Peel and boil the potatoes, then smash them and mix with flour, salt and milk. Make some balls, fill with mozzarella and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes. Then pass the mochi into eggs and bread crumbs, fry in hot oil.
