Cheese bread roll: the filling make it really amazing

Ingredients:
155 gr milk
7 gr instant yeast
50 gr sugar
7 gr salt
1 egg
350 gr flour
50 gr butter
200 gr cream cheese
30 gr sugar
Directions:
Place all the ingredients, except butter and cream cheese (and 30 gr of sugar), into a bowl and mix for about 2-3 minutes.
Add the butter and mix again for 5-6 minutes. Leave for 15 minutes. Then integrate the butter and leave the dough for 1 hour. Then make some balls, fill them with cream cheese and leave for one hour. Finally spread egg yolk and water and bake at 356°F (180°) for 10-12 minutes.
