Cheese roll

Ingredients:500g (1 pound) pizza dough;
4 slices prosciutto;
1 ½ mozzarella;
¾ blue cheese, crumbled;
1 cup parmesan;
egg wash.
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 180C/350F. Cover a baking tray with a piece of parchment and place a
small heat proof bowl in the middle.
2. Roll out pizza dough to make rectangle. Top with teared pieces of prosciutto, mozzarella,
crumbled blue cheese and parmesan.
3. Roll the dough and cut into 10 pieces. Gather the sides of each piece to cover the filling
completely.
4. Place cheese rolls around heat proof bowl and brush with egg wash. Make small cuts on the top
using kitchen scissors.
5. Bake for 20 minutes and serve hot with tomato sauce.
