How to make a delicious cheesecake flan

Ingredients:
Caramel sauce:
50 gr sugar
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp hot water
Flan:
100 gr cream cheese
550 ml milk
30 gr sugar
50 gr condensed milk
2 egg yolks
12 gr gelatin
Vanilla essence
Directions:
Make the caramel and pout into a 18x18 cm mold. Set aside.
Flan: whip the cream cheese and set aside. In another bowl mix milk, sugar, condensed milk, egg yolk, gelatin and vanilla essence. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy!
