Flan pâtissier, the creamy and yummy French dessert

Ingredients:
Shortcrust pastry:
1 l milk
4 eggs
Vanilla extract
100g sugar
2 sachets vanilla sugar
90g cornstarch
 
Directions:
You can prepare the cream in both the food processor and the pot.
First mix the eggs, sugar and flour and heat, then add the milk and vanilla extract. Pour the mixture over the shortcrust pastry base previously prepared and bake at 180°C (360°F) for 20 minutes.
