How to make coffee ice cream at home without an ice cream maker

Ingredients:
Syrup:
50g water
60g sugar
3 egg yolks
250ml whipping cream
3 cups of coffee or 3 tablespoons of instant coffee (dissolved in 100ml of water)
Syrup:

Directions:
First you have to prepare the syrup to pasteurize the eggs.
Pour it on the yolks and whip until they are stiff and cold.
Then whip the cream and add the cold coffee, pour the egg yolks and place everything in a pan. Leave in the freezer for 6 hours.
