Naan Sheermal, the Persian and delicious bread recipe

Ingredients:
1 Cup Warm Milk
1 large Egg
100g Melted Butter
1 tablespoon Yeast
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Salt
3 Cups plain flour
Sesame seeds
Black Cumin Seed
 
Directions:
In a large bowl mix milk, egg, melted butter and sugar. Then add yeast and flour, rest the dough for 1 hour. Then spread the dough, cover and rest for other 20 minutes. Make the Naan shape as the video shows and spread egg yolk, bake at 320°F (160°) for 25 minutes.
