How to make easy spring rolls at home

Ingredients:
Chicken breast: 1 kg
Garlic: 3 cloves
Ginger: 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder: 1 tsp
Black pepper: 1/2 tsp
Salt: to your taste
Oil: 3 tbsp
Preparing the filling
Oil: 3 tbsp
Carrot: 1 medium
Cabbage: 200g
Capsicum: half
Spring onion: 70g
Lemon juice: 1/2 lemon
Soy sauce: 3 tbsp
Dough
Plain flour: 2 cups (300g)
Salt: 1 tsp
Water: 160ml
Directions:
Cut the chicken breast and marinate for 30 minutes. Then cook for 20 minutes and chop, set aside. Make the veggies and mix all together.
Dough: mix flour, salt and water, make a ball and rest for 30 minutes. Then cut the dough and make some mini dough, overlay alternating flour and oil.
Fill the dough, roll and fry in hot oil.
