Stuffed and fluffy hand pies: the best snack ever

Ingredients:
Dough:
500g - flour
250 ml - milk
70g - vegetable oil
1 piece - egg
9 grams - dry yeast
pinch salt
 
Cream:
500g - milk or cream
150g - sugar
80 gr - flour or corn starch
1 - egg
single lemon peel
 
Directions:
In a bowl mix salt, yeast and milk. Then add oil, egg and flour. Make a dough and let it rest for 3 hours. 
Cream: mix milk, sugar, corn starch, egg and lemon peel. Heat until creamy and let it cool.
Make the hand pies, spread the egg yolk and bake at 356°F (180°) for 35 minutes.
