How to make a perfect sponge cake: the easy way

Ingredients:
Butter 1/2 cup
Oil 1/4 cup
Sugar 1 cup
3 Eggs
vanilla essence 1 tsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Milk 1/4 cup
Flour 1.5 cup
Baking Powder 3 tsp
Salt (1/4 tsp)
Directions:
Mix butter, oil and sugar. Then add the eggs and vanilla, yogurt, milk, flour, baking powder and salt. Grease the pan and use the over paper. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 25 minutes.
