Ricotta, lemon and limoncello squares: a treat that melts in your mouth

Ingredients:
4 eggs
140g sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
Peel of 1 lemon
2 tsp vanilla extract
30ml limoncello
500g ricotta
Directions:
Whip eggs, sugar and starch until creamy. Then add the lemon peel, vanilla extract, limoncello and ricotta. Pour into a rectangular pan and bake at 180°C (360°F) for 45 minutes.
