Chocolate Semifreddo: Mouth-Watering Dessert

Ingredients:
500g mascarpone
200g cream cheese
200g powdered sugar
2tsp vanilla extract
500g mascarpone

Chocolate filling:
1 liter milk
250g all-purpose flour or corn starch
150g sugar
200ml whipped cream
Orange peel
150g chocolate to melt
Chocolate Snack to taste
Graham crackers to taste
Directions:
Chocolate cream: pour the milk into a large pot and add flour, sugar, cream and orange peel. Bring over low heat and let it thicken, stirring constantly. Once ready, transfer it to a bowl and mix with the chocolate.
Whip mascarpone, cream cheese, sugar and vanillin. Mix a portion with the crumbled snacks.
Make your cake and leave it in the fridge for an hour before serving.
