Girelle semifreddo: an original dessert, try it now!

INGREDIENTSgirelle
For the cream:
350g mascarpone cheese
250ml whipped cream
3 tsp honey
2 tsp hazelnut cream
for the base:
200g puffed rice
100g melted chocolate
DIRECTIONS
Cut each girella in half and place them in a bowl lined with cling wrap. To make the filling, beat the whipping cream and add the mascarpone, honey, and the hazelnut cream. Pour the cream on top of the girelle. Next, make the crispy crust by mixing the puffed rice with the melted chocolate. Cover it up with cling wrap, and freeze for two hours.
