No Bake Berry Cheesecake: Refreshing Dessert

Ingredients:
Crust:
175g Graham crackers
145g melted butter
250g whipped cream
250g mascarpone
125g white yogurt
30g powdered sugar
5g dissolved gelatin
250g frozen berries
25g water
75g sugar
Directions:
Crust: blend the Graham crackers in the blender or food processor and mix them with the melted butter, mash them on the bottom of the pan and refrigerate.
Whip the mascarpone with the powdered sugar and then add the cream, yogurt and gelatin. Pour on the base and refrigerate.
Put the berries, sugar and water in the pan and cook until the mixture has softened. Then blend and pour on the cheesecake. Decorate and refrigerate.
