Potato stringy fritters: the easy recipe very delicious

Ingredienti:
5 big potatoes
300 gr flour
Salt
Shredded cheese (as you needed)
 
Directions:
Cut the potatoes into slices and boil them. 
Then smash the potatoes and add salt and flour, mix well and make a dough. Divide it in some balls and fill with cheese, cook in a no-stick pan and enjoy!
