Soufflé Cheesecake: the best cake you'll ever taste

Ingredients:
200g Cream cheese
200g Warmed Milk 
10g Granulated sugar 　
3 Egg yolks
30g Cornstarch
Meringue:
3 Egg whites
50g Granulated sugar
 
Directions:
Divide yolks and whites, then mix the cheese with sugar, yolks, milk and cornstarch. Mix very well and whip the whites with sugar. Integrate and pour into a 15cm round Cake Pan. Bake at 266°F (139°) for 50 minutes.
