Puff pastry flan with vanilla and coconut cream: delicious

Ingredients:
4 whole eggs
350g milk
350g whipped cream
80g corn starch
150g sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
30g grated coconut
1 circle of puff pastry of 35/40 cm
Directions:
Roll out the puff pastry into the cake pan and stick it along the edges, refrigerate.
In a bowl, pour whipped cream, milk and vanilla extract. Stir and put on the stove. Meanwhile, beat the eggs with the sugar, then add the starch. Let the milk thicken and then combine the coconut.
Make holes in the dough and pour the cream, bake at 175°C (350°F) (pre-heated and ventilated) for 45 minutes.
