Stuffed vegetable rolls: a tasty dish

Ingredients:
2-3 zucchini
2-3 eggplants
100g ham
100g bacon
Olive oil
10 cherry tomatoes
Diced stringy cheese (to taste)
salt
Basil
Directions:
Slice both the zucchini and the eggplant and heat a plate.
Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes and season with olive oil and parsley.
On the plate, brown the bacon first, then grill the vegetables (2 minutes per side).
Stuff and roll, hold the rolls firmly with a toothpick and put in the tomatoes. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 8 minutes. Add salt on those with ham.
