Potato waffle chips: simple, crunchy and tasty

Ingredients:
2 potatoes
45g white vinegar
water
Oil for frying
Directions:
Peel and cut the potatoes with the appropriate tool.
Put in water and vinegar and leave for 3 minutes, then pat dry and fry in hot oil.
